Liked: Being able to transfer to a new room.

Very very trashy place
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I went to check in and see my room and they gave me a room that was completely dirty and not cleaned, and refused to give me another room. There was trash all over the floor and it looked like house keeping just left and gave up on the room. I had to go stay somewhere else across town, I want to be compensated for the other hotel I had to go stay at!!

Liked: Everything was go0d.
Disliked: We put 2 $50 deposit down. 1 for the room and 1 for a dog. We only got 1 deposit back. I call the hotel then said they where text me a number to find out about refund but never got it. I try email but never heard back from anyone
