Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Pierce I-95

We stayed for three nights. The first night we did not receive any maid service or clean towels. I went to the front desk and told them and they gave me towels. They said they would leave a note for the morning crew to be sure and clean our room. When we arrived the next evening still no service for trash cans and no clean towels. I went to the office and told them about this, they apologized again. I asked them to be sure and have our room serviced as we were leaving for the day and will be back later, the front desk clerk checked the log and said yes our room was assigned to a maid and it would be cleaned. Well we got home the third night and still no service, no towels, trash cans running over, unmade bed! I went to the desk and told the desk clerk do you member when I told you we didn’t have our room serviced yesterday and he said yes, I told him it wasn’t cleaned again today! He told me that the housekeeper knocked on the door but no one answered so she left. We were not there which is why there was not an answer at the door. He apologized again I said well it won’t worry anymore because we’re leaving today! And then there’s the issues with cockroaches running around in the room, I told them they should have it serviced for cockroaches. I don’t think I will be staying there again.

Liked: The continental breakfast.
Disliked: Cockroaches in room; no maid service; full trash cans.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked everything and the employee. The only thing is the blanket could have been just a tad bit thicker. Other than that everything was great!

Superb

Liked: The staff was great. They help me with a Wal Mart and a place to eat

Liked: Convenient Location to 95N/95S
Disliked: There were roaches in the bathroom. The tub was not sanitary. The tub has stains and mold and erosion all over it. The bed was really firm. the sheets were kinda flimsy. The pillows were not even worth being on the bed, no support at all. I did not sleep under the cover. They Gave me double beds instead of what I booked which was a 1 King Bed and there was major major trash all over the back of the building outside my window and it rained so it was pretty neglected. Overall someone needs to reevaluate the number rating they gave this hotel. Should have been rated in the low 5s as far as Hotel Quality and Stay! Very Disappointed

Disliked: The elevator was being worked on so lugging all the luggage up and down stairs to the 3rd floor was a pain.

Disliked: the breakfast eggs were powered not good at all. the meat wasnt good either.

Liked: The area of the hotel was clean . The room was clean and the staff friendly.
Disliked: The bed flat and lumpy. Holes were in the wall the curtains were warn with holes in them and the tall lamp was leaning like it was broken.

Disappointing

Disliked: Hello, we still haven't received the refund for the $50 deposit. During the checkout, you told us that the bank transaction would take a few days, but we still don't have anything in our account. Thank you for you reply.Nelly.
