We stayed for three nights. The first night we did not receive any maid service or clean towels. I went to the front desk and told them and they gave me towels. They said they would leave a note for the morning crew to be sure and clean our room. When we arrived the next evening still no service for trash cans and no clean towels. I went to the office and told them about this, they apologized again. I asked them to be sure and have our room serviced as we were leaving for the day and will be back later, the front desk clerk checked the log and said yes our room was assigned to a maid and it would be cleaned. Well we got home the third night and still no service, no towels, trash cans running over, unmade bed! I went to the desk and told the desk clerk do you member when I told you we didn’t have our room serviced yesterday and he said yes, I told him it wasn’t cleaned again today! He told me that the housekeeper knocked on the door but no one answered so she left. We were not there which is why there was not an answer at the door. He apologized again I said well it won’t worry anymore because we’re leaving today! And then there’s the issues with cockroaches running around in the room, I told them they should have it serviced for cockroaches. I don’t think I will be staying there again.

Disliked: Need to update furniture and the pillows are terrible and the toilet was very low doors needed to be painted and it was dusty by the headboard and bottom mattress, mildew around the window and the carpet in the hallway needs replacement the pool furniture needs replacement and no umbrella the price for the stay is too much for what you walk into other property are the same price and they are worth it remember always customer service is very important i expected more for a Wyndham Hotel.
