Disliked: Morning staff was sleeping in the laundry room

Musty smell, dim room, bad...

Liked: The friendlyness of the staff from the gentleman at the desk to the woman who drove us to the airport in the shuttle. The beds were comfy and the air conditioing worked great.
Disliked: When we drove up the looked like a dump, the exerior wasn't maintained. Some of the lights in the room had broken bulbs, there was a musky smell in the air, the pressure in the shower was horrible with most water coming from the spigot vs the shower head. When we went to check out the breakfast area we opened a drawer and found the bottom missing and mold. The hot tub wasn't working which was something we all wanted to use.

Disliked: No elevator. No coffee maker. Smelled bad and way overpriced.

Liked: The worker who checked us in.
Disliked: The graveyard front desk clerk gave a random stranger the room number I was in. I got a knock on my door. There is a reason I gave the person the wrong number. She denied it the next morning. The pool was shut down if I knew that I would have booked a different place. The food was picked over at 7am and didn't get refilled. The lights were burnt out

Disliked: Bathroom had mold in the shower caulk. Trim was pulling away. The handicapped zero entry shower had water flow out of the shower stall.

Liked: Location. We wanted to be close to the FargoDome
Disliked: . This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.The staff appeared unprofessional and inattentive. Every time we needed assistance, the employees were preoccupied with their personal cell phones. To make matters worse, the room keys frequently malfunctioned. Normally this would be a minor inconvenience, but since the same employee handles reception, housekeeping, and the airport shuttle, getting help was hit or miss.Our room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and whatever cleaning product was used clearly wasn’t effective. We were in town for a competition and could not wait to leave.One of the most alarming issues was the lack of safety. Because the front desk is often unattended, anyone can walk in and out of the building unchecked. This is unacceptable.

Disliked: Continental breakfast was the worst! Empty food containers (eggs, sausage, waffle mix). When pointed out to the lone lady attending the front desk, she was more interested with what was on her phone…Left without breakfast
