Liked: I like the place over all , comfortable bed and good reception staff
Disliked: When fire alarm sounded early morning around 7.30 am almost for 30 minutes made my family bit nervous , couldn’t stay there any more

Short and sweet!

Liked: I was here for 5 hours, it was close to the airport, the staff were very nice. Everything was closed by the time I got there, but that's not the hotel's fault. The shuttle service was a lifesaver!

Disliked: there were no usb charge ports, that's become common with other hotels I stay in. reception needed to check with senior management if it was possible to watch the Oiler game in a common area. so we when to anther hotel
