Liked: When we arrived they said they didn't have any booked room under our name Merced M Ramirez and we did book a room,so we had to get a room right there and then so we can sleep but yet they still charged us twice just to get a room once the first time we booked it online and then the second time we went in person to see about the room
Disliked: The miss understanding about are room that we booked online plus there was another family that this happened to also and we even paid in advance for the online reservation and we paid again when we went in person cuz they didn't have any reservations for our online room but yet they were quick to collect the money

Liked: Clean, comfortable, quiet that we slept well, staff are polite.
Disliked: Their is nothing to not like.

I would probably not stay...

Liked: The room was clean, the facilities were good. We did not have breakfast.
Disliked: There was only one ice machine for the entire facility located at the extreme end of the hotel on the first floor. I think they should have at least one ice machine per floor. There were railroad tracks close to the hotel which had trains constantly passing by all night blaring their train horns. Had a poor night sleep due to the constant train traffic.
