Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Des Moines Airport

Check in was easy. In a safe area. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Shower was hot and had great water pressure.

Liked: Clean; easy to find; staff are nice.
Disliked: Not enough protein options at breakfast. No hot tub.

Liked: Clean and comfy room. Plenty of convenient parking. Protein breakfast. Within walking distance of restaurants and a strip mall but you had to climb a grassy hill and walk along a side street first.
Disliked: Noisy room - I could hear ppl and/or TV from the neighboring room - needed earplugs. No freezer section in the room fridge. Coffee carafe in room needed to be cleaned.

Disliked: All the furniture and appliances are old and/or in poor working condition. They advertise that breakfast is included, but just hand out a breakfast bag that contains juice, water, one cookie, crackers and a granular bar. None of any breads, fruit, egg etc.Room service is every other day, not everyday, so we had to take the towels to the front lobby to swap with new ones (there don't deliver, instead asked us to bring ourselves). No coffee maker in a room and one coffee maker near the lobby, which is empty by late morning. No lid and nor sleeve for coffee cup!Very very disappointed and unpleasant to stay.
