Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Des Moines Airport

Check in was easy. In a safe area. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Shower was hot and had great water pressure.

Liked: Clean; easy to find; staff are nice.
Disliked: Not enough protein options at breakfast. No hot tub.

Liked: The hotel itself was perfectly fine.
Disliked: Do not book via Booking.com and pay at the property. They double charged by card and REFUSE to reimburse me. I am filing a dispute with the bank as well as the BBB and completing reviews on EVERY platform available. A $336 dollar trip to Iowa ended up being nearly 700 and they can't find the charges...Typically charges are processing or pending as mine were until this am when I found out from the bank that the full charges were made. "Bob" at the hotel was rude and would not listen and refused to offer any resolution.
