Terrible

Liked: The location was decent. The breakfast was alright.
Disliked: The staff was rude, the whole place smelled of weed, the a/c unit was awful. The pool area had little to no ventilation. The bed was tore up, there was no towels in the pool area.

Liked: During our retirement we have stayed in numerous hotel each summer. This property was the best value in the past 4 years. It was very affordable. It was clean, comfortable and staff was welcoming. I needed a handicap room. They accommodate me at check-in. Many reviews commented about the breakfast. Yes it's light. No eggs etc.But they had waffles, nice selection of bagels, muffins, toast etc. maybe cereal? Adequate for the price. I have recently been unhappy with what most folks is an 8 rating. This is a solid 8.
Disliked: A few pot holes in drive.

What we got for the...

Liked: Staff were excellent, quiet and convenient, fair price.
Disliked: The carpets look old and dirty. Mattress has lost its support on some sides. Would’ve been nice if there was a hot meal in the breakfast.

Liked: I like the look of it on the outside however and that it had free breakfast and a hot tub.
Disliked: Our room was not previously clean properly, the breakfast wasn’t breakfast it was a few muffins and a little cereal! There were ants crawling on one of our mattresses
