Disliked: Receptionist at check-in was rude. She kept asking for us to pay in cash, when it says online cash is not accepted, and that their system was down but yet had no issues finding out reservation and our card processed just fine. There was three of us and only one towel in the room, I went downstairs and asked for two more towels, she handed me one so I had to ask for another and she rolled her eyes. Restroom is very small.
