Liked: The breakfast was only honey buns or muffins
Disliked: Cable TV is advertised, but it's literally less than 10 channels to choose from.

Liked: Staff friendly and accommodating. Large rooms.
Disliked: Nothing, every thiyng was great. I didn't spend much time in my room I was at a convention.

Decent for the money but...

Liked: The bed was super comfortable and it was quiet.
Disliked: We had a one bedroom suite and the air conditioner had a hard time cooling off the entire room. The bathroom had no air flow so it was insanely hot in the bathroom all the time and the door would not stay open so it was extremely difficult to cool it off.

Our hotel was not great...

Liked: The people next to us was playing loud music all not running in/out of their room slamming the door, and talking loud.
Disliked: When it's reported to the front desk more than once move the person to another room or put the people that disturbing everyone out of the hotel.

Close to Love Field so...

Liked: The room was nice. The outside needs updating to match the inside. If just driving by, I would not stop due to the outside being old and dingy.
Disliked: When we left at 5:00 in the morning, there was clearly a prostitute and her companion outside in the parking lot. The hold on the room (entire price of room) has not fallen off. When I called the hotel, the gentleman answering was very rude and told me it was my bank's issue. He told me if I did not like how fast (or slow) it was taking, I could never come back. No worries on that!

Disappointing

Disliked: The staff is not friendly at all. Rude when answering the phone and in in person interactions. Breakfast shouldn't be considered breakfast if all they offer is juice and pastries.
