Exceptional

Disappointing

Stayed slept and left early.

Liked: The bed was comfy and the air worked well.
Disliked: The toilet ran the coffee maker did not work. When I went downstairs to get coffee it was like hot water with my creamer. Also the 20.00 pet fee was not something that I was aware of before stepping up to the counter.

Handicap room inadequate

Liked: The location was good and the facility had adequate handicapped parking. The handicapped room was large enough to accommodate wheelchair movement
Disliked: Handicapped accessible room had issues. First of all , handicapped rooms should be located on the first floor in case of an evacuation. Secondly there was no shower chair provided and customer had to purchase and assemble it. ( please note that the party was informed they would be reimbursed but has not been received as of this post). Thirdly, no hand-held shower wand and shower amenities were installed too high for accessibly .

Disliked: Breakfast was lacking

Liked: Easily accessible location. The mattress was very comfortable. Price was good.
Disliked: Our room was right next to a side exit door, and every time someone went in/out the door slammed shut. The shower pressure sucked. The couch that was in the room was very soiled/dirty. No ice machine, that we saw, on the 2nd floor. We could hear people in other rooms around/above us. We could hear traffic/train noise outside. The breakfast didn't have much, at all. (No protein items.)
