Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charleston Airport West

The pictures listed really make the hotel seem a lot nicer than it really is. It was really out dated and I felt a little unsafe.

Liked: Cheap prices.
Disliked: Old; more of a motel than a hotel.

The maid crew woke us up laughing, yelling, playing around, and being obnoxious outside our window before 9 am. I will never stay at this motel ever again. You should charge $50 a night because that's about all it's worth. Oh and the lamp shades by the bed weren't even attached - they were sitting on the light bulb. Ghetto.

Liked: Nothing at all positive to say.
Disliked: The worst beds I have ever slept in. I would have been better off sleeping in a tent.

Disliked: Rooms stunk like cigarettes and must. Got 3 room changes and decided to refund. Will not return.

Liked: Location has always been great and I’ve stayed here before so it’s pretty good!!
Disliked: During my recent interaction with one of the staff members, I found the experience to be highly disappointing. The individual was noticeably unhelpful, offering little to no assistance with my concerns. Additionally, his tone and demeanor came across as dismissive and condescending, which made the situation even more frustrating. The lack of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated during this exchange did not reflect the level of service I expected and left a very negative impression.

Liked: Guest agent was very helpful, allowed me to check out room before staying and she was very friendly.
Disliked: Airport noise

Liked: I came in to see a concert and the location was so close to the venue I could of walked there..
Disliked: Very noisy. People were outside playing music and yelling at 1:30 in the morning. I expect a little bit of nosie when there is a concert going in town but there needs to be better security around to keep that under control on nights like that.
