Disliked: The air conditioning quit working around midnight and we were offered a fan for our inconvenience. The free breakfast was also a big disappointment. Not impressed with this Days Inn at all.

Liked: Close to restaurants.
Disliked: Pool was closed. We were not made aware of it until we checked in. Sketchy people loitering outside and sneaking in doors when people came out. Staff did nothing about it.

Liked: Bed was comfy. Staff was very accommodating. Our first night, room was musty, damp, toilet wouldn't flush. In the morning I asked for a different room, and staff was very eager to please us. We were moved to an upper floor for our second night, and the room was fine.
Disliked: Breakfast was limited... only 1 kind of yogurt, 1 kind of muffin.

Liked: Yogurt in the breakfast was good. I really enjoyed swimming.
Disliked: staff member lied when asked about grab bars in the bathroom. I did not reserve a handicapped room, but staff member could have asked if I needed a handicapped room if one was available. Also, I did not know you had to request room cleaning, dirty towels were not picked up and did not receive clean towels, had to go get them.

Disliked: I made a reservation for me my husband and my 3 lb yorkie who us my support dog. I rd dived a confirmation saying it was ok and that no additional fee would be charged. When I arrived to check in I was asked what type of support dog she was and the. WS told that an additional deposit was required and that the owner instructed her to do so ! She insisted and said usually that type of support was. Not. Usually welcome so I then told her I would not be staying and asked my reservation be canceled and refunded fullly. That was it we left and will never return !!
