Liked: Bed was smashed In. sheets were dirty and the toilet wasn’t functioning

Liked: Location was great!! Staff was friendly. Room was nice and comfortable
Disliked: I was with my 90 year old mom and we were on the 3rd floor. The elevator broke on the second day and would not be fixed for 2 days since it was the weekend. I asked to be moved to the first floor but I was told they didnt have space.

Stay was good, pool was...

Liked: The pool was a very nice temp. Usually indoor pools in the winter are far too cold
Disliked: The beds were very hard.
