Liked: Absolutely nothing you made me pay for two nights that I couldn't use.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that you didn't refund to any of my money

Disliked: Wet catpet, broken curtains, no bedlights

Liked: Breakfast was fair but all the other problems with the room was exhausting. And then to get charged 25 dollars to change rooms because of their problems with the key not working was rude.
Disliked: No elevator! Key to room didn't work, so we had to go navigate down stairs, and up the stairs. They couldn't get the key to work. They had to change our room and then charged us for the change

Superb

Liked: It was easy to find the hotel. Staff members were very accommodating. The room was comfortableand clean.
Disliked: The pool needed vacuming and touch up paint. I did like that there was a pool.

Very good

Liked: Excellent location and staff. Clean as could be and comfortable beds. A good restaurant (not from a chain) a short walk away. Wifi available. I stayed there twice, a week apart.
Disliked: Upstairs noise the first time I stayed there, noise from the next room in the middle of the night the second time. Breakfast was just OK and the breakfast room is pretty dreary.
