Liked: The staff was super nice and willing to answer any questions I had and help with certain things I was having trouble with in my room. I felt safe while in the hotel.
Disliked: I felt like my room was super out of date compared to a friend's room down the hall. I didn't have an iron in my room that I needed but my friend's room had one I was able to use. There were no electrical outlets beside the beds which was an inconvenience. I felt like the room might not have been super clean.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Socks and bar of soap right outside my window. Outlets didn’t work and locks on door and window didn’t work. Huge crack under door and so much noise from the other 2 adjoining rooms.

Not happy. Still expecting refund...

Liked: Workers tried to help. But nothing was resolved. General manager, that was supposed to contact me Saturday morning.
Disliked: There was mold in both rooms I was moved to. No wifi. No pool as stated.

Liked: The rooms weren't totally white.The handicapped room was huge and clean.
Disliked: No landscaping and right outside the window was the parking lot.

Liked: Cheap.
Disliked: Bathroom had all kinds of grim including the light switches with black mildew visible. Plug covers weren’t installed on some walls. Big stains in carpet. You get what you pay for.
