Expensive and poor staff judgement.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: A night staff slid a statement under our door at 3:30 in the morning. They knew we had a small dog with us. When they slid the paper under the door the dog did his job and sounded the alarm waking both of us up. When I asked the clerk why he did that he simply responded” Sorry”. So it cost us over $700 for a two and a half night stay. We checked out at 4:30 in the morning as it was impossible to go back to sleep. Not happy about this lack of good judgement on the part of the night staff.

Disliked: The room does not smell so good nor fresh.

Overall good experience staying at...

Liked: Cleanliness in the room was good, Pool facility was awesome as we enjoyed it, Ambience of room was good & quite and matched our expectations, the staff behavior was satisfactory, breakfast was good with variety of food items served as breakfast - overall good experience.
Disliked: There was hardly anything that we did not like. I just faced difficulty in having the invoice for my stay because hotel says it will be issued by hotel booking site while the booking site says it will be issued by hotel itself. So even after 5 days of my stay at hotel, I am still following up for having the invoice.

Liked: Location was where we needed to be for distance to visiting other family members
Disliked: Beds to soft and small for queens. Shower small enough for a child so never used. Questionable individuals hanging around making us feel uncomfortable. Fitness room not as described in photos which was 1 reason we choose this hotel. Notice for people on probation to call their probation officers on front desk for all guests to see something I’m sure makes some people uncomfortable and would not stay for that reason.

Liked: The location is convenient and easy to find. The hotel looks clean and organized. The parking lot is big. The room is big enough.
Disliked: The gym room is small. The equipments are limited. The washroom was tiny in the bedroom.
