Disliked: There was a ripped hole in 1 of the towels and another one was stainedWe could not open or close the bathroom door in the bedroom because the door hit the corner of the bed. And then we also could not open the mini fridge door because it was in back of the bathroom door due to us not being able to close the bathroom door

Liked: Very conveniently located off the highway.
Disliked: Even though you select pay at property, they automatically charge the card on file as soon as you book the room. So there’s no point in selecting pay at property. The room was alright for what it is. The towels looked absolutely disgusting, they were horribly stained and just all around gross. As well as the shower curtain, the bottom of it was completely covered in black stains.

Disliked: It is supposed to be a wheelchair accessible room. Though the shower was a roll-in shower, there was no hose in the shower. The toilet was right beside the shower, leaving just barely room to get in the shower, but no room for me to assist my wife. Needless to say, she did not get a shower.The shower curtain rod was bowed out into the room, but the edge of the shower was not, so the water all went right onto the floor. There was no drain in the floor.The sink was not open at the bottom to allow wheelchair access, as required by the ADA. The sink was also 35" high, so she could barely reach to wash her hands.There was room, but just barely, to get her wheelchair through.Not acceptable as a so-called "accessible " room.
