Disliked: Toilet didn't work when we arrived; someone else's hair was in the shower; the doors to the pool area wouldn't close. Just an overall disappointment.

Disliked: The rooms and beds were fulll of bugs it looks like it had not been cleaned in months very disgusting

Liked: Nothing. It's was so horrible and disgusting that I didn't stay the second night tgst I had booked. I left a day early. Everything was broken, so dirty. There was no breakfast as promised. The pool was full of junk and leaves. They need to condem that place.
Disliked: Everything was horrible. I was tricked by the pictures online. Nothing was as advertised. I feel robbed.

Disliked: The door to the room was very hard to close. The noise from the interstate was terrible. Had to change rooms because the TV didn't work in the room we were first assigned to. Didn't receive a receipt when paying for the room upon arrival. There were some sticky spots on the floor in the room. We got about 2 hours sleep that night.

I will never return to this hotel in Bentonville!!!

Liked: The location was convenient
Disliked: Dirty, dirty, dirty!! Smelled of urine. Stains on the couch. I pulled back the sheets and there was dirt or crumbs or maybe dead bugs. I couldnt handle it and returned the key card and asked for a refund. It is Friday night at 11:59 and I was told to call the manager on Monday. Girl at front desk said that if I wanted a refund I would have had to let them know within 15 minutes after I got the room. I am in town for a funeral and now I have to look for a hotel at midnight Ill be disputing this with my bank!
