Disliked: We did not stay. We found the room on Booking.com and booked it on the app; however, when we showed up to check in the desk clerk told us she was very sorry but she did not have any rooms available. When we were waiting outside by the entrance the smell of cigarette and/or marijuana ashes was super strong. Had she come back and said there was a room available after all, we would not have stayed just due to the smell and the sense of incompetent staffing. She said she would cancel the reservation for us as it was her fault that the room showed up online as available. We tried contacting Booking.com but every effort was met with instructions to contact the hotel. We are disputing the credit card charge on our bill as the charge has not yet been removed after four days since the mistake.
