Liked: The woman that checked us in was having an issue with the key system but was very accommodating and put in extra effort to get things right for us. She was excellent!
Disliked: It was rather noisy. Every time a neighbor went through their door it was loud and nearly shook the walls. Also heard the neighbors above us walking back and forth. Th complimentary breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Disliked: Not evident that there was no elevator. Not enough planning (or staff?) For the amount of breakfast for all the people.

Disliked: That we didn’t know a sports team was booked made it very difficult for your staff. Not a relaxing night I was looking for. Uncontrolled teenagers
