Awesome Experience!

Liked: Breakfast was awesome. we were very pleased with the lady making the pancakes.

Poor

Liked: Front desk rude , had to have a reason why I needed towels for the shower. Breakfast was not what I expected.

Disliked: Our room smelt like pee. The shower was clogged and would fill up when we used it. The man at the front desk was not very nice.

Overall, I would not stay...

Liked: The pool was super clean! The workers were sweet, from maintenance and to the front desk workers. Bed was comfy as well and room was fairly clean. Any complaints made is directed towards the hotel owners itself to adjust their policies and update their rooms.
Disliked: We had toilet and shower drainage issue since check in until the next day after getting back to the hotel from Disney. The breakfast did not include any type of protein or eggs so that also was upsetting but there was yogurts and bananas we chose to eat. Staff kept the breakfast area very tidy! But the hotel needs to update their breakfast options. Shuttle also does not make trips between 12-4 I believe it said and that was very inconvenient. We ended up driving to Mickey & Friends to park so I recommend anyone to please check hotels before booking for this reason but I haven’t had that issue with other hotels in the area. My family had a Suburban and when coming back from Disneyland, there were no parking spots available and the front desk simply told us that in the fine print when booking, you can’t park a larger vehicle in their lot like an SUV. Makes no sense especially if we are paying for a parking spot every night and our suv fits in the space. It was a matter of not having enough parking spots and the hotel not owning up to it. There was a parking spot open that the hotel blocked with cones so we simply moved them and parked there but we didn’t know why it was blocked off. The housekeeping left our room super clean but it could not mask the moldy, rotten smell that I’m sure was coming from the carpet and the drains. We had a handful of issues from two nights staying here and wish I could have gotten compensated in some way because I have never ran into these issues with other hotels I have stayed at on Harbor but it is what it is.

Liked: Our second time stay , very economical , clean and staff is nice
Disliked: All good for the price

Definitely great for the size/location/value...

Liked: Location, and size of room. The pull out was nice as well. Offered a shuttle.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible and we had ants in our bathroom.

Liked: Great view saw the fireworks every night! Friendly staff shuttle drivers were very respectful
Disliked: One bus driver wasn’t going by the times on our last day so we had to walk back to the hotel
