Superb

Overall, my stay was comfortable,...

Liked: I appreciated how clean and quiet the property was. It felt safe and peaceful, with no noise or disturbances late at night, which made for a restful stay. The hotel also provides a quick and convenient breakfast in the morning, which was a nice touch.
Disliked: There was an issue with my room key not working, and a gentleman—who I believe was a Hispanic male—insisted the problem was because I had two keys, implying I wasn’t issued them properly. This wasn’t true, as I was given two keys at check-in. It was later discovered that the real issue was the door being locked from the inside. His dismissive attitude was frustrating and unnecessary.

Clean, Comfortable, Friendly Staff, and...

Liked: Many thanks for the convenient shuttle service they arranged for our Disneyland visits on the first two days — it made getting to and from the park so easy and stress-free. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch, with a good variety to start our mornings off right. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips!
Disliked: Wifi was hardly working but I never complained as I have unlimited data plan and turned ON my phone as a hotspot to use devices such as tablet and laptop.

It was a great hotel...

Liked: They offered a shuttle to and from the park. The time wasn’t the most convenient with disneys end of night show schedules but it was very nice addition. If you wanted to you could walk back.
Disliked: The breakfast was lacking. Not much substance or variety

Good

Liked: Room was good. For Breakfast kids had a mickey shaped pancake. There was a shuttle once in a while. We took the shuttle to the park but on the way back we had to pick up Uber since the shuttle would not operate at that time.
Disliked: We got room on upper floor but there was no elevator. Eggs and sausages were missing.

The only saving grace is...

Liked: Very close to Disneyland, great location.
Disliked: Staff were cold and unfriendly. They seemed to be annoyed about basic questions like where I could get some bottled water. The manager I think watched me pick one up and bring it over only to tell me it was self-checkout. There were some stains on the bed sheets with a hard dried substance. I didn’t get a picture of the bathtub mats but they appeared dirty as well.

Was acceptable but not much...

Liked: Close to Disneyland- and had a shuttle, although we did not need the shuttle.
Disliked: Did not realize there was not an indoor corridor- that all room doors faced the outside. Was not happy with the breakfast options- mostly unhealthy, except the bananas and the yogurt. No hard boiled eggs, apples, also no pastries. Lobby not open 24/7, access to coffee only during breakfast. No coffee maker in room. Room was on first floor and could hear the people above us walking around, waking me up at 6 am and later at night, as well. Also, although there was a door to the toilet/shower area, the sink was not really separated from the bed area, so once you used the bathroom, you would have to turn on a different light to use the sink, potentially waking up anybody sleeping in the room. There should be a door separating the whole sink and bathroom area.
