Room rug dirty. Room about 40 degrees when we entered. Remote for TV did not work. Hair dryer did not work. Hallway smelled like marijuana. Desk lady very rude. Will never rent off your site again. Originally queen was 63 and king 73. Chose king. But when got there no king available and no reduction on price for queen.

Disliked: Carpet in hall filthy and smelled - put me into an asthma attack immediately. Man urinating in parking lot.

The hotel was nasty and...

Disliked: The room was nasty and dirty. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The rooms are nasty, smells like 100 people just smoked there. It's suffocating, to say the least. You can't even breathe. The curtain looks like someone cleaned a car engine with it, it's repulsing to even touch it with a pinch.

Liked: Great service. Slept very well.
Disliked: The fire happened at 1am Sunday morning. It was handled very well, and we were back in bed in about an hour.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was a very nice size and the bed was huge. The shower was very big but slippery and I’m already disabled. The handicapped room was down a very long hallway.
Disliked: The fact that they stopped me from working last Friday and had me move to a room that didn’t have hot water. I had to move back to my original room. I missed work for nothing and was too sore to do my overtime for Saturday. Sunday, they asked me to leave for one day and come back. I told them that I had just finished unpacking and wasn’t about to do it again. Long story short, they said I could leave the stuff and work till seven and then leave. Welp, they interrupted my work day again and asked me to pack, they booked my room. I completely checked out, I’m not going back tomorrow!! I’ve been there since March 4th. Paying my own way!!

Liked: The location. But the hotel is undergoing renovations so it will be much improved. If the front desk area is a sample, the rooms will be nice and it will be a great place to stay when traveling.
Disliked: Smell of disinfectant or something very strong, the back door locks are broken so the suites building is accessible without a key. The room I stayed in was still undergoing renovations so it was not furnished normally and in some disrepair.

Liked: The price, everything else was horrendous.
