Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Airport Albuquerque

Overall the motel was very well upkept. We enjoyed the room we stayed in.

Liked: Customer service was excellent, especially the lady attending and catering to the guests at the continental breakfast.

Liked: I recommend this hotel it was excellent and served our needs perfectly. Mara, our shuttle driver was great, great free shuttle service to and from the airport and the hotel which is only 5 minutes away from the airport, I used the outdoor patio for exercising in the morning, it was very quiet and peaceful. The room, shower, beds, and breakfast were comfortable and great. Highly recommend this hotel

Good night's rest

Liked: We were able to do pre-check in from the email they sent out, which was great because we arrived late. Breakfast was decent, but don't expect a meat option. The lady in charge of breakfast (I think her name was Beverly) was very sweet and helpful. She kept such a positive attitude while she scrambled to help everyone. The rooms were a great price, clean, and quiet. I slept very well. Nice artwork in the rooms too. Overall, a great stay!
Disliked: My only complaints were the pillows - too thick for a back sleeper.

I think booking.com needs better...

Liked: Comfortable clean good safe room good customer service.
Disliked: Cleaners wanted to go in a bit too early both days and said they needed to have it done by a certain time but we scheduled a late checkout and did not need service. staff member attending the breakfast room was amazing but there needed to be more of a variety.

Exceptional

Liked: Not a luxury hotel of course, but I gave it at 10 because we got what we paid for. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was great. We came in late, and Tristan picked us up at the airport after dropping off our rental vehicle, and also gave us an early ride in the morning to catch a flight. He gave excellent service
