Liked: Location & staff
Disliked: Old room, dirty silicone in shower, holes in carpet, mattress didn’t fit the bed, bed base moved not clipped together, bed pushed up to the wall & noisy.

Windows and pillows

Liked: Able to open the window - it was lovely to have fresh air.
Disliked: Much prefer feather pillows as man made make my head sweat. However, I understand that many people are allergic to feathers so I understand why they aren't supplied.
