I wouldn’t return and would...

Liked: Unfortunately nothing
Disliked: It was dirty, damp, mouldy, in major need of refurbishment. Carpet was filthy and stained I didn’t want to put my baby on the floor. Also no fridge in the room which as a family room, children 3 and under typically still have milk so the milk we had went off. Bathroom was absolutely rotten. Couldn’t have a shower or bath.

Liked: The receptionist was lovely, warm and friendly. This was the only nice thing about the hotel.
Disliked: Room stank of mould. I could barely sleep and felt sick from it.There was a moth infestation in the room.

A little disappointed as stayed...

Liked: The location suited us for our onward journey and the price was good.
Disliked: Very bad smell in the room to the point where it was hard to breathe. Bed was very uncomfortable, and pillows were lumpy. Reception staff were hard to contact.

Liked: Good value - basic but clean
Disliked: Access only from Southbound. Room was adapted for wheelchair users which meant handrails everywhere in the bathroom and a very low shower head, but only details really.

Only one night but made...

Liked: Place was clean and tidy, easy to findjust off the motorway.The lady in reception was very efficient, very nice to deal with, and looked after us so well.

Amazing, Helpful and Welcoming Staff....

Disliked: Not enough clear signposting within the Services area. Difficult to find if you're unfamiliar. Services definitely need more clear signposting generally. Otherwise the location was extremely convenient.
