Liked: Staff member on duty on our arrival was exceptionally helpful and welcoming
Disliked: Room facilities could do with updating / repair:Bathroom door lock faultyCurtains needed replacing

Liked: Great price and standard for a single night's stay.
Disliked: Finding it, when travelling near Westerham. Access off Clackett Lane but that would be impossible to arrange ( unless code given to guest ( but still dangerous lane )

Good comfortable hotel

Liked: Very good hotel. Very nice big room. Bed was realy comfortable. Tea and coffee making available in the room. Very nice shower. Nice and quiet stay.Location..... well, it is on a motorway, but that's by choice. For us convenient for our trip. Good price/stay balance. And very friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was nice to have tissues supplied. I had expected it to be rather noisy given its proximity to the service area and the motorway but it was fine.
Disliked: Between the service area and the Days Inn there was a slight smell of drains.

Liked: Convenient location, free parking and WiFi. Staff (especially Jolie, Duty Manager and maintenance staff) on Sat 20 were brilliant/very helpful
