Disliked: Didn't like that I was told I could check in early and once I arrived I was notified that I had to pay a $35 early ch3ck in feeAnd I never received my deposit

Liked: The location..
Disliked: From the room being nasty carpet tore up, owners very rude and disrespectful, being charged a $10.00 extra a day for my ADA SERVICE DOG even after I told the young lady who checked me in making her aware that they was breaking federal and states laws by charging me a few for my ADA SERVICE DOG... Will charge a $15.00 earlier check in fee if not BOOKING through them directly, charges a $1.05 for a service that doesn't work never used. Being called a liar and being told that I cheated them by booking through booking.com.. Totally disgusted and fed up with the owners and their lies and disrespect and stealing ways. Never ever will I give these people any of my money again...

Bad

Liked: Convenient, rooms are good. The main lady that works here, was very helpful. The others are not as helpful. and will not match online pricing. hotel is right off the highway. Easy and convenient location. But be careful youll pass up the driveway.
Disliked: Attitude, and not trying to make a guests stay Easier or Any kind of good memory. I wish everybody was like the main manager lady.

Sort of disappointed.

Liked: There was plenty of parking,and well lit parking lot. Water pressure was good with plenty of hot water.
Disliked: There was 4 of us in the room, but towels for only 3. Couldn't get more. Then there was no housekeeping on the weekend. We needed clean towels, garbage emptied and more cups. Had to empty our garbage, chase down clerk for towels.etc...
