Liked: Price was good
Disliked: Hi I rented 3 rooms for family and friends. The first room had plumming issues. The other one the alarm went off when they turn on heater. I went to tell the lady at the front, she looked upset at first but then she said its ok and gave me another room because the bathroom had water overflowing every time we flushed. Staff not very friendly, looked overwhelmed and having a bad day

Disliked: Dirty bathroom and floor, cleaned my own room Staff was rude and told me to deal with it Manager called me at ten pm to offer discount while I am trying to readjust my sleep schedule from overseas Said discount is still not applied to my account and I am being charged more than my original amount because of a mess up, they added 10 % instead off taking off 25% Can?t get ahold of the manager and Wyndham can?t help until 7 days. All in all, this military move has become so much more stressful. The only reason we stayed passed the first night was because we are traveling with a pet and it?s hard to find pet friendly hotels. Spoke to the staff daily about cleanliness and trying to speak to their GM and they always told me to come back later and on the last day to deal with it.

Liked: Continental breakfast... yes but what continent? room was dark... selection of food was deplorable... no seriously. Cereal container empty... EGS?... Had to contend with the 'staff' getting their food while guests waited... poor selection and 'thing' were unmarked... mystery juice. YUCK... hopper seat fell of when raised... towel rack fell in the floor and mildew in the bathroom.
Disliked: Suggested we go to the Hampton?

Disliked: The lady at the desk was rude. $50 charge was not stated up front. Rooms need updated and cleaned.

Will not recommend to anyone...
Liked: Nothing. It doesn?t even deserve a 1-star rating!
Disliked: Totally negative experience! Staff was very rude and untrained. Charged our room to our debit card and, when an attempt to charge our room to the debit card a second time (due to lack of training on the desk clerk?s part) was declined, threatened to call the police. Finally got it straightened out once my husband went to our bank (thankfully open on Sunday) and the someone else on the hotel staff did some over the phone training of the desk clerk. Light between the beds was flickering, even after I tightened the bulbs. There were bugs in the bathroom. Inadequate noise filtering in the structure.
