Disliked: Difficult to get from motorway, had a good bit to walk to services to eat from the accommodation also charged for breakfast which was so far from the accommodation to walk to and with one being disabled was just not possible so could not get breakfast until we got back onto the motorway and reached the next service station

Liked: the view from the rear aspect of the building and that it was so quiet considering it is so close to the motorway
Disliked: Being woken up at 5 A.M by laundry cages being moved around on both days as they were under our window in room 114, the room had paint peeling off the walls in several placesand the sink had a large crack in it , plus the shower head had not been cleaned in a long time.

Liked: View from the back across the fields.Being able to check in very late
Disliked: Directions could have been clearer. Satnav led us behind the services- very dark late at night

Don't bother

Liked: Not a lot as I didn't get the opportunity to stay due to the lady behind the desk being obstructive to say the least.
Disliked: The experience in all was extremely poor. I would avoid like the plague. Even after I complained to both management and the main company, I've not even received so much as an acknowledgement, let alone anything else. I wasn't even looking for a refund, just more they improve their service for other customers.

Liked: Bed mattress pillows
Disliked: No air con, windows opened a few inches, stiflingly hot, unable to sleep, even though it was cool outside.
