Days Inn Maidstone

Liked: Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Rooms tired and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke.

We were delighted with our stay at Maidstone Days Inn; very quiet; we had an excellent night's sleep and the standard of the room with the extras could not be faulted. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Will not hesitate to stay at a Days Inn again.

Liked: Pleasantly surprised at standard of the hotel.

Ok, but could be improved.

Liked: The room was spacious and neat.
Disliked: The hot water took ages to come on (up to 10 minutes). The tub was very slippery and my husband fell. Why can't you provide bath mats as standard?

Disliked: Needs TLC. Room clean but window area peeling and cracked plaster and paintwork. Plug hole in bath full of water all the time. No staff until check in time, needs someone on reception from at least 9am onwards

Disappointing

This was absolutely suitable for...

Liked: We were met by a very polite staff member who made sure that our rooms were close to each other. The rooms and the bed were comfortable and clean and we slept very well! The towels were nice and clean.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the double room and they were moved further away from the single room. The shower heads need a little cleaning as there is dirt where the water comes in - the basin tap in the single room was leaking.

Exceptional

Liked: All was well,good location,access and comfortable room with aplropriate space
Disliked: Bathroom was not smelling clean...

I’d rebook days inn
