Disliked: Lack of facilities at Motorway service area adjacent particularly McDonalds

Disliked: room was not very clean and the bathroom was dated and in need of service/upgrade.

Disappointing

Liked: View of the lake is nice, but only one chair on a small balcony to enjoy, so forget sitting out on the balcony together. Great for taking your dog with a small dog charge.
Disliked: Worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel.Excessive amount of doors banging loudly all throughout the night. Fairly sure we were located opposite a utility staff door which was slammed every hour or so.Can also hear everyone in adjacent rooms and above throughout the night. The room next to us checked in at 2am and tried the door connecting our two rooms.
