Staff were lovely, room was...

Liked: View over lake was phenomenal, especially from balcony. Bed was comfortable. Check-in was exceptionally easy. Lovely member of staff on reception. No hassle at check out. Easy access to Costa and additional shopping facilities like WHSmith and McDonalds etc.
Disliked: Bathroom a little tired. Grout missing from tiles and a few tiles were loose. Excessive plastic accessory holders in bathroom were broken. Complimentary lotions were almost empty on arrival. More complete provision of tea / coffee was needed.

Liked: We didn?t have breakfast, don?t think it was an option. We thought the price for the room was very competitive.
Disliked: Every thing was satisfactory apart from the shower which was little more than a dribble, in fact the bathrooms are in serious need of an update, but, I suppose if your paying under £40 for a room ?..

Nice view but noisy floorboards...

Liked: The view was lovely, for a budget hotel we weren't expecting such a scenic landscape out of the window.
Disliked: No gluten free breakfast options - we were offered a voucher for the service station next door but there was nothing I could eat as both the veggie and meaty sausages contained wheat, no gf bread and nothing particularly pleasing for my vegan partner either. The menu was disappointing (even if we didn't have dietary requirements) so we decided to carry on into Glasgow instead - much better offerings there.Also, we were on the ground floor and other guests on the upper floors were very noisy until about 2am and again in the early hours of the next day. Very creaky floorboards above us also kept us awake most of the night so not a very good night's sleep in the end. The view was lovely but we were rather too tired to fully appreciate it

Liked: good location, nice balcony and view. clean room. Quiet even though by the motorway. Good for people bringing their dogs.
Disliked: taps could do with updating. Bath/shower in 'accessible room' had only a handrail so not really accessible. no socket near bed for charging wheelchair. no wheelchair access to verandah
