Please improve cleanliness.

Liked: Love the location as you can enjoy Lake view from window.and a comfy family room.
Disliked: I've stayed here couple of times but this time the only thing which was annoying the stinking toilet. The smell was very bad.

Disliked: Cold tap in bath didn’t work so couldn’t have a bath. Towel heater didn’t work.

Liked: Convenient location, recycle bins are located in the entrance.
Disliked: Doors banging through the night, water supply disconnected, so much noise, families coming and going with no respect for the quiet hours, rubbish along the corridor, difficult to get through the doors if you have any disability, very pricey for the quality of the stay.
