Liked: Location, tea coffee in room & a nice bath
Disliked: Don’t put old cushions on my clean pillows nor use those stupid cloth stripes on my clean bedding - they are dated and god knows what’s on them . Rooms need an upgrade but they are clean with tea coffee etc - great budget hotel in perhaps the best location in the Lakes stunning views

Room unloved, but plenty of...

Liked: Lovely view of the lake. Plenty of room in the bedroom, good quality tea and coffee.
Disliked: Pillows a bit flat. Bedside table was destroyed and down to chipboard base in a couple of places. Really unsightly. Water pressure for cold water really poor, but fine for hot water!

Third rate accommodation

Disliked: State of bedroom #33. Shanny paint on furniture, bedhead, bathroom and all over.Sealing around bath was mouldy, sink tap very loose and plug holder fell to pieces, rusty sink fittingsThis was third rate accommodation at bestStayed at Stafford the following night, very much better.
