Average at best but you...

Liked: Bedroom and bathroom were clean bed was reasonable.
Disliked: There was a large bike parked in the hallway, this was a fire hazard. No aircon in rooms which is fairly typical in English hotels. However air on in restaurant was so fierce it made the food cold. Breakfast was average.

Liked: Spacious room, comfortable bed. Good location.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. Lukewarm food, limited selection. Exterior of hotel could do with a refresh. Children's play area and pond looked neglected.

Wouldn’t return

Liked: No much to be honest, breakfast was horrible, cold, waiting ages for stuff, certainly not worth the money.
Disliked: Staff seemed very grumpy, didn’t really want to help.The only person that was helpful was the black lady at reception at night while we was there.
