Basic, functional and disappointing smell
Liked: Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Quieter than expected. The fan in the room was a nice touch.
Disliked: Room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes, so felt unclean, though bedding was immaculate

Just awful will not return...
Liked: The staff member who checked us in gave us his parking spot

Disliked: The worst hotel l have ever used .. The window inside is full of cobwebs and and dirty . I was unable to sleep . I drove for 4hrs before coming to that hotel and l met an oven called a room . The window was locked , no Air-conditioning present and the very small fan was not working and it was full of thick dust , unfortunately one of my children is allergic to dust and yet dust is everywhere. Moreover, l sent my son to speak to the receptionist if we can get another fan but he was told none was available. I tried to manage but the heat and the creaky sound from the fan wax unbearable . By 01:00am , l took the fan downstairs to the receptionist by myself . I told him that we cannot sleep, the room is not suitable for sleeping but unfortunately the staff went up and down and came back to say that they do not have any fan to give . I left the fan with the receptionist and went upstairs. . I went back upstairs wide awake and l was counting the time for the morning to come. Furthermore in the morning, my child had a shower but it wasn’t great. The water took ages to heat up and when it did, it kept switching between warm and cold water. This happened to all 3 of us. This was the worst hotel that has no customers interest at heart . Very terrible experience
