Could do better.

Liked: Location suited our needs.
Disliked: Parking cost £5 unless booked directly through their website - that’s a penalty for getting a good deal through booking.com! Reception staff member on arrival was surly and unhelpful, contrast with departure. No glass tumblers in room. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired - clean bedding but carpet looked as if it hadn’t been hoovered. Sheets rumpled, prob put on bed in a hurry. Hotel tired, needs renovation. Would book elsewhere in future.

Helpful staff, friendly welcoming budget...

Liked: Great staff, return visit so we knew what we were getting. We stay in this hotel when we are down in Weston visiting family. It is clean, convenient and quiet. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful.
Disliked: Nothing, it's a budget stop-over and it works well for us. I enjoy staying there.

Disliked: Staff on arrival finishing off jobs making customers wait instead of dealing with people face to face Not happy being charged 5.00 for parking unlike last year where it was included These things have made us book elsewhere for out next 3 visits in the area

Disliked: That when I typed in M5 southbound services this came up I booked only to realise it’s actually northbound which was a bit frustrating.. but I was assured it wasn’t too much of a problem and we managed to get there ok
