Really cosy and super friendly...

Liked: We had everything we needed, it was fresh and clean and comfortable which is exactly what we needed after a couple of days at a music festival
Disliked: My only complaint would be the surge in price due to the BH weekend and Leeds Festival being the same weekend, but that’s a high level decision

Disliked: We checked out on 24th Aug between 1115 and 11 30hrs. My 14 year old nephew, who was on a 2 weeks holiday, forgot his small travel bag in the hotel room 107. Inside the bag was an air ticket with boarding pass, luggage padlocks and keys and $80.I called the hotel to confirm the bag and particulars were intact. To my disgust, the $80 was missing and everything else intact.Between the checkout time, only the hotel staff must have had contact with the bag and handed it to reception. The hotel has CCTV and would like an explanation as to who took the money. The hotel must have a process and policy in place for misplaced stuff. I will need the $80 refunded to the 14 yr old. Disgusting to say the least! This was money given to him as his pocket money.It wasn't spent as we the hosts met his cost whilst here!I need an explanation from hotel management.

Liked: Very hot shower, clean bedding & towels. Spacious room with kettle, iron & hairdryer. Cheap price. We were only there 12 hours so it was bearable
Disliked: The room had a damp smell. Black mould in bathroom & bedroom. Dirty carpet. Uncomfortable bed. Parking charge even though the website says it is free

Lovely staff and comfy bed

Liked: Staff were lovely and helpful. Mattress was comfy and 24 hour services next door
Disliked: Unfinished fixtures in the room. Pillows and linens could use an upgrade.

Convenient clean and reasonably priced

Liked: It suited our purpose to be close to visit relatives. The hotel was good and clean.
Disliked: The outside area was a miss no one cleaned up. I had a dog and walking him was not a pleasure.
