Stinky Truckers hotel

Liked: You get what you pay for. We needed to be close to the airport with parking. That was great. Also 24 hour access to the services...food and drink as we arrived late.
Disliked: We stayed in Wyndam hotels before...the standard very high. This was basically a truckers hotel. The carpets stank and sticky. . And there was a dirty smell..not fresh and clean. Poor standard.The bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom was ok. The staff were friendly. The reception was FREEZING cold. The air con was on full blast...so much that we didn't have breakfast as the tables were in reception. The breakfast was a box which was in the fridge. Don't know what was in it as we bypassed that and opted for a warm croissant from the services.

Disliked: **£5 car park charge unless you book direct**No air con, although fan provided Noise from road

Liked: Thankfully we were given a ground floor as requested due to Mobility issues.
Disliked: Our room was requested as I have mobility issues, even though it was on the ground floor, that was the only plus side.The room was cramped and furniture was barely passable, I knocked myself several times when trying to get pasted. The bathroom wasn't disabled friendly either a bath that was so tall I couldn't get into it, there were no grab handles to assist whilst in the bathroom either. The people that were staying above us were very noisy and seemed to be moving furniture most of the night. We had a very early start the next morning, so it was very disturbing. The traffic noise was quite bad as well, I think if we had a rear facing room the traffic probably wouldn't of been an issue.
