Unsatisfactory and disappointing.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms and toilets stank and we reported that to Reception, so we were relocated a few times, but replacement rooms did not smell fresh which prevented a restful stay. The kids could not sleep because the smell. Carpets were dirty and stained and there was mold on my bed sheets. We will be demanding a full refund!!!
