Better than the alternative at...
Liked: Situated in a service area on the A50 so there was 24hr access to a wide selection of refreshments. There were refreshments in the hotel itself but the choice was limited. Being able to come back from work and pick up a sandwich was priceless tbh.
Disliked: Weird metal spiral staircase I had to drag my heavy luggage case up and down. Felt it was overpriced for what it was. Priced to take advantage of the festival I fear.

Liked: Leaving so we could actually breathe fresh air and be cooler than having to suffer temperatures in the room akin to the surface of the sun. We actually contemplated sleeping in our car many many times throughout the night
Disliked: Bed was like iron hard as a rockDirty floor there was debris on the carpet when we arrivedThe room was acclimatised with what would appear to be the accurate core temperature of lava the meagre offering of one fan did absolutely nothing at all to abate the heat and we sweated like we were in a hyperbolic Swedish sauna / sweat lodge for the entire painful duration of our night stay..won't say sleep as sleep was physically not possible due to waking every minute with sweating from parts of our bodies no one knew possibleHaving to pay £5 for the car park..why? It's situated literally off a motorway which the likelihood of someone getting to it on foot or by bicycle is about nil really, stupid charge The temperature as you walked from the room downstairs to the foyer had a temperature differential of around 10 degrees cooler than the 1st floor... how is this even possible?Rude staff, blaze at being told the hotel room was clearly situated at hells mouth to be told.. 'yes. It gets hot up there doesn't it"? Then told "we can't control the weather", granted no. However you have managed, in a feat of magical engineering to build a building with a 10 degree temperature difference separated only by a flight of stairs and a wooden door at the top of the stairs..surely a magnificent feat that NASA would be interested in
