Needs improvement

Liked: Great location for getting to East Midlands Airport for an early morning flight
Disliked: The room was in need of a deep clean, stains on the carpet, furniture & walls, curtain hanging off track.Bed felt damp so slept on top of the duvet. The bath towel had a big rip in it,advised reception to let housekeeping know they should check the towels before laying out for guests. Overall the room needs a deep clean & refreshing the paintwork in the room.

Liked: Good standard of cleanliness. Staff were excellent and helpful.
Disliked: The Londis, Gregg’s shops were limited and expensive.

Liked: It was very clean, comfortable bed ( pillows not so good!)Good bathroom and shower
Disliked: The location wasn’t ideal, on a very busy main road. However, to be fair, for the price it was really good value.
