Very good

Liked: Good facilities and location. Staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: Other residents smoking cannabis in rooms which permeated throughout hallway and my room. Very unpleasant.

Good value but basic accommodation...

Liked: Well located for the NEC and east Birmingham.
Disliked: Being situated near a truck stop the hotel was a lot noisier than I would have liked.

One of the best budget...

Liked: Place was immaculate and staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable

Liked: The receptionist was very friendly, and the room was very clean. Nice shower and breakfast.
Disliked: The walk over the motorway to get breakfast

Very good and so handy...

Liked: Very clean, staff always so helpful. We didn't have a dog with us this year but it was so easy when we used to have a dog with us.
Disliked: IT would have been nice to have been able to book by telephone as we always used to .Also a better choice o f eating establishments would have been appreciated.We had to ask the receptionist for another chair for the room, which she obtained without any fuss or bother, however two chairs would have been appreciated at the onset so we didn't have to ask for the extra one.Also a twin bedded room would have been preferred.
