Disappointing

It was a great stay.

Liked: Our room was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They upgraded us at no extra charge and we had a great room. Was a very good location, close to everything where we wanted to go.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Liked: The lady who checked us in was amazing. Even though we were early, she went above and beyond to have our room ready for us. The breakfast was always ready in the morning and assorted choices for everyone.
Disliked: I feel the evening staff could of been more friendly. We went to ask for ice as the ice machine wasn't working. The response was sorry no ice, and went back to looking at his phone. This is not the 1st time we haven't been able to get ice at this place. We then went to the restaurant next door and they were more than happy to put ice together for us.

Disliked: Urine stains in bathroom on the walls. Almost like someone left their dog in the bathroom and it lifted a leg and peed on the walls. Booked this place because of the pool for the kids and after checking in, discovered the pool was “out of order” and had some really disappointed kids after hyping them up for the pool, they were really let down. Of course no discount offered and had to go spend more money on top of nightly costs (which should have included pool use) to go use the public pool. Breakfast, again disappointed that it was just juice and cereal (with no milk) and stale baked items. The waffle machine, pancake machine and milk dispenser were all out of order. So again spent more money to go elsewhere on something that was advertised as part of the cost of staying here. Just a bunch of FALSE ADVERTISING on what is included and what the hotel has to offer only to be severely disappointed. Won’t be staying here again.
