Only if you don't have...

Liked: Location was convenient.Breakfast staff is friendly.
Disliked: Where to start?Firstly - the elevator was still out of order. The note received with the booking paper stated that elevator would be unavailable until mid April 2025. It is August now and still not working. We were here for the past 3 years (for a few days each time) and each time we were told it's only a recent temporary condition. I believe it has been broken for at least 3 years now, and the management of this place does not care. Prices have increased, but the service is definitely worse with each visit.There is only one stair available for guests, and this one was filthy. It was partially cleaned only after we complained.The computer station located in lobby area was also broken this time. When we asked about it, the guy from reception said that it is not supposed to be used by guests. Incorrect! this computer station was available in the past years.

Satisfactory with challenges. Some beyond...

Liked: The pool was warm and relaxing.
Disliked: The first staff member we met wasn't pleasant, but others were more friendly. The elevator wasn't working, and the room smelled like the air conditioner was smoked.

Good value would have been...

Liked: Good parking, friendly staff, nice bathroom
Disliked: Although we were advised beforehand, the elevator has been out of service we were told since January!! But have been waiting for a final inspection. We only stayed one night but I honestly felt sorry for the staff!

Cheaper than staying in Fredericton,...

Liked: The rooms were a great size, very easy for our family of four to get around in and not bump into each other. The breakfast area was large and offered multiple options, plenty of parking and easy location to and from the highway.
Disliked: The elevator is being in disrepair for as long as they happen is a very big inconvenience, especially when you have a large group travelling that has a lot of luggage.
