Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hotel appears to be neglected, no lawn just lots of weeds in need of a cut. Rooms tired, elevator not working and one stairwell for all staff and guests to use.

Disliked: Pool water was cold. Breakfast should include saucage and bacon and scrambled eggs

Overall, the stay was disappointing...

Liked: The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, though it was fairly underwhelming. There’s a pool on-site, but it was closed during my stay. A small fitness room was also available.
Disliked: The elevator was out of service and the pool was closed during my stay. Breakfast was quite underwhelming, and overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the experience.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Escalator is under repair for at least few weeks but we didn’t get any notification before we check-in even we booked this room early. No room available in ground floor. We were arranged for a room at third floor. We need to carry heavy luggage upstairs. Very disappointed and won’t come back again. Facilities look old.

Lovely time. Was too late...

Liked: Breakfast was delightful. I made a waffle topped with yogurt. Coffee and juice were abundant. Thanks so much for a comfortable stay.

Liked: Convenient location. Nice quiet breakfast area. Nice Chinese restaurant on site as well. Pool.
Disliked: Carpets. Stale smells in hallways and my allergies were acting up while there.
