Disliked: I didn't sleep well, because of the mattress wasn't comfortable and the room was very cold even though I turned of the AC.

Did not get what i...

Disliked: I paid for 2 queen room with 2 queen bed per room and one king size room with king size bed.Instead they downgraded me, the rooms were not enough for our family size, staff was not helpful, instead of helping, the guy let me know at 9 PM to cancel the room!!, we were stranded but ultimately choose to compromise.
