Liked: Very convenient from toll road. Having the food court attached was fab. Surprisingly quiet in the room considering the amount of traffic in the area. Lovely dog walk area is available. Very good value.
Disliked: Hotel is a little dated. Bathroom fittings need a refurb but perfectly usable.

Wouldn't stay again

Liked: There is a Costa in the attached services
Disliked: Check in staff were curt and unfriendly, we booked a breakfast included (this isn't the case as they don't serve breakfast). The hotel is tired and grubby, beds uncomfortable and there's stale food on the floor in the lobby.The 4.30am fire alarm where staff left us standing outside until we asked if we could go back in, no safety checks were done and no-one seemed to care was the over sweet icing on top of a somewhat stale cake.

Liked: Had all I needed for a night’s stay.
Disliked: My main aim was to get rest and sleep to continue a long journey. Sleep I did not get. There was a humming, probably a fan, which made it difficult to sleep. Then I got woken up by a high pitched squeal at 4:30am, thought it was alarm but it turned out to be the plumbing. It calmed down and I tried to get back to sleep. Lo and behold it started again so I decided to get up and leave. As I was getting ready to leave the fire alarm went off approximately 5am. Many came to their room doors to see what was going on but no staff was to be seen. I went to reception area and a member of staff was trying to turn the alarm off. I asked her to verify if everything was alright and she said someone had activated the alarm in a room upstairs. I decided I was definitely getting out of there asap. I left the premises before 6am and started my journey to Scotland. I originally had my alarm set for 9am as I had a busy day before. Was not a good start to my day.

Great location for Drayton Manor

Liked: Great value for money and great size family room. Perfect location for Drayton Manor extra money off food at services great customer service
Disliked: A little rough around the edges. Our taps were tricky to use and a bit broken. We also got woken up at 5.15am from a smoke alarm,not so much their fault but meant me and my small children were up for the day and impacted their day as they were both tired
