Always exceptional and consistent. Jan...

Liked: This is totally fit for purpose for breaking our long journey (Kent to Cumbria), exceptionally clean, rooms v large and extra sofa bed should you need. Very dog friendly. Staff exceptional, been staying for years. Last night we had Jan check us in. What a lovely and professional lady. Excellent service and welcomed us warmly even at midnight. Thank you as always.

Great one night stay, very...

Liked: Perfectly good room with great bed, great shower and comfortable. Nice and quiet actually. Give housekeeping a 10+. Well done.
