Days Inn by Wyndham Yuma

Disliked: When I made my reservations, I told them not to charge my debit card, that I would be paying in cash. They ended up charging it, and I went into my overdraft. I got into an argument with the check in girl - she got nasty with me because I was upset because my bank account was a mess. Told me she was pregnant and could not help it because of her hormones. Now I am having to wait for them to put my money back into my account. And they also charged me for 6 nights instead of the 4 nights that I had originally booked. Needless to say I will not be staying at another Days Inn. And as far as your corporate helping out, you can forget about that because they left me out to dry. I will be checking for the hotels in your corporation to make sure that I will not be staying at any of them. I have another room booked at a Quality Inn for September, and if they are associated with your corporation I will be cancelling. I have never had this much trouble with any other motel.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Plenty of options and comfortable atmosphere to dine in. The pool was nice, liked having clean towels available in the pool area. Housekeeping was kind and efficient. Front desk workers were kind. The room was clean. AC worked great! Was able to stay cool.. even cold, when outside temperatures reached 118° (yuma, az)
Disliked: Some of the pillows were hard and lumpy. Would've liked them too be softer. They kind of felt like folded up towels.

Liked: Beds were comfy. Pool was nice. Breakfast was delicious as always.
Disliked: AC was very noisy. It worked so we just dealt with it. Wish they'd fix them all as a peaceful night's sleep is why we're all here lol.

Liked: The connecting rooms was a plus! Breakfast was yummy. The pool was amazing! The beds were very comfy.
Disliked: The AC was rather noisy, sounded like a train passing & the one in my daughter/grandkids room was noisy as well. They worked, which was upmost but sleeping peacefully wasn't.
