Days Inn by Wyndham Yuma

Disliked: When I made my reservations, I told them not to charge my debit card, that I would be paying in cash. They ended up charging it, and I went into my overdraft. I got into an argument with the check in girl - she got nasty with me because I was upset because my bank account was a mess. Told me she was pregnant and could not help it because of her hormones. Now I am having to wait for them to put my money back into my account. And they also charged me for 6 nights instead of the 4 nights that I had originally booked. Needless to say I will not be staying at another Days Inn. And as far as your corporate helping out, you can forget about that because they left me out to dry. I will be checking for the hotels in your corporation to make sure that I will not be staying at any of them. I have another room booked at a Quality Inn for September, and if they are associated with your corporation I will be cancelling. I have never had this much trouble with any other motel.

Liked: Great location. Accessible to the places we wanted to visit. Staff was efficient and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were available for use. Very comfortable stay.

Liked: staff was really nice. i stayed close to office. wanted to buy drink or soda. machine was broken or didnt have one. it was inconvenience to have to go to store for snacks. nothing at motel

The Days Inn by Wyndham...

Liked: We loved everything about the property. The only issue we had was the refrigerator. The freezer section was icy but the refrigerator wasn’t cold. This bothered my wife way more than myself. The room was beautiful and very clean. We definitely will stay there again.❤️
