Disliked: When I made my reservations, I told them not to charge my debit card, that I would be paying in cash. They ended up charging it, and I went into my overdraft. I got into an argument with the check in girl - she got nasty with me because I was upset because my bank account was a mess. Told me she was pregnant and could not help it because of her hormones. Now I am having to wait for them to put my money back into my account. And they also charged me for 6 nights instead of the 4 nights that I had originally booked. Needless to say I will not be staying at another Days Inn. And as far as your corporate helping out, you can forget about that because they left me out to dry. I will be checking for the hotels in your corporation to make sure that I will not be staying at any of them. I have another room booked at a Quality Inn for September, and if they are associated with your corporation I will be cancelling. I have never had this much trouble with any other motel.

Disliked: Bed was OK, but not the best mattress, Right next to a noisy street

Liked: Well it was not that far from the border for my dentist visits
Disliked: Well I notified the front desk about the housecleaning....but that didn't make much a difference

Disliked: The beds were terrible. Pillows weren’t even standard size, the floors were extremely dirty and the smell of the room was awful. There were bugs too.
